I have submitted my application to the Combined Program in Clinical, Counseling, School Psychology Ph.D. and I was just wondering if in fact that my application was in fact sent in for the combined program? Because online it says that the major and department is psychology.

There is one field named "Application Status" which states "Incomplete items outstanding", what does this mean? After that the received column is empty except the application fee, does this mean that the other items have not been received yet?
